Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity

Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the product strategy

Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the platform delivers a seamless user experience

Manage the product development life cycle from ideation to release, including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and conducting user acceptance testing

Track and report on product performance, using data analytics to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new features and products

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, gathering feedback to inform product development and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to inform product development and innovation

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred

7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a SaaS, research or digital media.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate customer needs and market insights into a product strategy

Proven experience managing the full product development life cycle from ideation to release

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, and Marketing

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across the organization

Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to track product performance and inform product decisions

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
